mom's visit-sovereign hill, ballarat

25th aug '05- went to the famous gold mining area of melbourne. this is another attraction that people cant simply miss when they visit melbourne. we were lucky as the weather was nice & warm, lotsa sunshine but not really hot :cloud9: .
note: haniff & haziq wit the yellow hat. LOL
one memorable thing happened on the way to sovereign hill wuz haziq had his go to muntah in my car. urrrgghhh.. :oh_god: its like, tak sampai 1/2 hr perjalanan, blom pon sampai city lagi, cheh! luckily there wuz some plastic bags for him to throw up, & my car wuznt contaminated wit some muntah. $-)
bright & sunny, very very nice, & we had lunch near the mining area. ala ala picnic sket. :-D the gold tour was fun too. we also had a picture taken, wit us in their costumes ala ala zaman dolu-dolu, & the pic was gorgeous :group_hug:. lotsa places in there; bowling area, perkampungan cina, engine room, candle making, clinic, pharmacy, post office, bookstore, restaurant, school, church, soldiers' tents :ar15: , motel, hotel, theatre, blablabla a complete whole world of their heritage wuz there :wave: .
